You can send these to both past and present customers. You can also upload a survey to your social media and website so that customers can access it at any time. Remember to keep it short! No one wants to spend half an hour on a complicated questionnaire.

Use Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter to engage regularly with your customers. You can use social media to answer customer questions and also encourage them to give feedback.
